Sew Kind of Wonderful Technique Class
Sew Kind of Wonderful developed the Quick Curve Ruler (QCR) to make cutting curves fast, easy and consistent. The QCR techniques of Cut-Sew-Square-Up allow for working with the bias, and the square-up step ensures blocks are consistent for piecing the final product.
In this class you will learn how to use this ruler to create a festive wall hanging just in time for the holidays. Pick any of the "Posh" patterns by Sew Kind of Wonderful along with the fabrics of your choice and the Quick Curve Mini Ruler. You will learn how easy it is to sew curves with this tool!
Some pattern suggestions for this class are Posh Santa, Posh Frosty, Posh Holly, Posh Ginger or Posh Wreath, if there is one we do not have in stock, we would be happy to special order it for you.
Before class, please have all the square pieces cut out using the cutting directions of the pattern. We will use the ruler to cut the curves in class. Bring your machine and sewing notions, including the Quick Curve Mini Ruler as well as a ruler to square up your blocks and you'll be ready to become a master at sewing curves.
All supplies are available at Be Lazy Quilting. We will help you select the appropriate fabrics and supplies for your class and count on your support for this small, locally owned business in order to bring you high quality merchandise and excellent class instruction. If you purchase from Be Lazy Quilting and Retreat you will receive a 10% discount on all supplies for the class in which you are enrolled.
***Cancellation Policy***
Students will receive a store credit for classes cancelled 7 or more days before the beginning of the class. Any cancellations less than 7 days before the class will only be refunded if the space is able to be filled from a waitlist. In the event that Be Lazy Quilting cancels a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund.
